Bill is a Colorado native and has lived in the Denver area for over 45 years. He is a graduate of Purdue University and holds a degree in Industrial Management. Bill has been a member of Community Associations Institute (CAI) since 1972 and was one of the original Board of Directors of the Rocky Mountain Chapter. He has spoken at several national conventions and hosted the national PCAM case study in 1996. Bill has received the Association Management Specialist (AMS) and Certified manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designations and several related awards over the last 30 years. His additional professional licenses and certificates include Real Estate, Multi-Lines Insurance, Life, Accident and Health Insurance and held a Professional Golf Association (PGA) Card. Additionally, he is a Court Appointed Claims Administrator for Class Action Settlements. Bill formed Colorado Management & Associates in 1982.
Richard L. Jeffries, Chief Executive Officer
Dick is an owner of Colorado Management & Associates, Inc. and High Sierra Management, Inc. He has sold and managed real estate in Colorado for the past 30 years. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from Metropolitan State College. Dick has received the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM), Association Management Specialist (AMS) and the Certified Manager of Community Association (CMCA) designations.
Erica Sandoval, Vice President of Development & Transition Marketing and Development
In her role as Vice President of Development & Transition Marketing and Development, Erica is an industry visionary with more than 23 years of experience, 18 of which have been with Colorado Management & Associates, Inc. Erica is always looking at innovative ways to further professionalize the HOA management industry and to take it to the next level. Erica has received the Association Management Specialist (AMS) and the Certified Manager of Community Association (CMCA) designations. Erica's responsibilities include identifying key acquisitions; key employee recruitment; growth and new initiatives; and implementing the overall vision and strategic direction of Colorado Management & Associates, Inc.
Newton A. Thorne, Senior Vice President
Newt has been associated with Colorado Management since 1986 and has over 30 years experience in Real Estate and Community Management. He attended Northern Colorado University in Greeley and spent a number of years in the radio and television broadcasting industry in the rocky mountain area. Newt has specialized in HOA Management since 1982 and brings a wealth of education and experience to area communities. |
